Part A — Terms of Use

1. Who we are

The Website is operated by Sanskriti India, a sole proprietorship with its registered address at Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi (referred to as Jywas, we, us, our). You can reach us at admin@fyreside.in.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Website only if you are at least 18 years of age, or, if a minor, only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Website you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

4. What the Website provides

The Website offers public information about Jywas — its programmes, schedule, articles, and community. The Website itself does not sell paid courses; purchases happen on our learning portal at https://learn.jywas.com under its own Terms of Use.

5. Account-free use

The Website does not require an account. You may, optionally:

  • subscribe to our newsletter or community updates by submitting your email or phone number;

  • send us a message through a contact form, by email, or via the WhatsApp link if provided.

We treat any information you submit under our Privacy Policy in Part B below.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Website you agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data;

  • scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact details at a volume or rate that disrupts the Website;

  • upload or transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful;

  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

  • use the Website to send unsolicited marketing or spam.

We may suspend or block access where, in our reasonable judgement, your use violates these rules.

7. Our content and your licence to use it

All text, design, images, audio, video, code, and other material on the Website are owned by Jywas or our licensors and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and personally use the Website for non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, repackage, train an AI model on, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. User submissions

If you submit comments, testimonials, or other content to us (for example, through a form or by email), you grant Jywas a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that submission in connection with Jywas's operations, including marketing. You confirm that the submission is yours, accurate, and does not infringe any third party's rights. We are not obliged to publish or retain any submission.

9. Links to third-party websites

The Website may link to external sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement.

10. No professional advice

Articles, videos, or other materials on the Website are for general information only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

11. Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jywas, its proprietor, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Website. Our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed ₹10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only).

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jywas and its representatives from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes to the Website or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
