This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Jywas collects through https://jywas.com, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have under applicable Indian data-protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — DPDP Act).

1. Data Fiduciary

Sanskriti India is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected via the Website. Registered address: Mayur Vihar Phase 1, New Delhi. Contact: admin@fyreside.in.

2. Personal data we collect

We try to collect the minimum personal data needed to operate the Website. Depending on how you use it, we may collect:

  • Contact information you provide voluntarily — name, email, phone number, message content — when you subscribe to updates, fill in a contact form, or message us directly;

  • Communications — emails, WhatsApp messages, or other correspondence between you and us;

  • Technical information — your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, gathered automatically when you visit the Website;

  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6 below.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, please write to admin@fyreside.in and we will delete it.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate the Website on our behalf;

  • Email-sending services that deliver newsletters or replies on our behalf (acting as Data Processors);

  • Analytics providers that help us understand aggregate website usage;

  • WhatsApp Business API providers, where you message us via WhatsApp;

  • Professional advisors (accountants, lawyers) when reasonably necessary;

  • Government authorities or law enforcement where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

When data is shared with a processor, we require that processor to handle the data only on our instructions and to apply appropriate security measures.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside India. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we ensure such transfer is permitted under the DPDP Act and applicable rules and that the recipient is bound by contractual safeguards to protect your data.

6. Cookies and tracking

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure usage, and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Website may not function correctly without them. Where required, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. For example:

  • Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe and for a short follow-up window (typically 30 days) after that.

  • Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months unless we agree otherwise.

  • Web-server access logs are retained for up to 12 months.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act and these terms, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you and a summary of how it is processed;

  • correct, complete, update, or erase your personal data;

  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);

  • nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at admin@fyreside.in. We will respond within the timelines required by law.

10. Marketing communications

We will send you marketing emails or messages only with your consent. Every marketing message will contain a clear way to unsubscribe; you can also email admin@fyreside.in to opt out at any time. Service or transactional messages (for example, replies to your enquiry) are not optional.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Where the changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email if you are a subscriber).
